InterCheM is here to help you responsibly dispose of your hazardous waste. With over 50 years’ experience, we know like no other how to collect hazardous waste and store, process, and recycle it the right way.

Using various different packaging solutions, we are able to collect hazardous and other waste in a straightforward and efficient manner. Thanks to our proprietary waste transportation capability, we can swap containers with collected waste for empty ones in one single operation, regardless of where in the Netherlands you are based.

We will also help you with advice on how to separate and package waste to minimise health and safety risks. If you want, we can also provide support in managing your waste records.

To ensure correct processing, we will assess hazardous waste prior to collection, which enables us to determine whether or not it is suitable for reuse as a secondary raw or auxiliary material.

Recycling

From waste to resource. Every year, huge volumes of waste, including residual paints and used solvents and cleaners, is incinerated, which comes with great environmental impact. Our aim is to treat as much of the collected waste as possible in a way that makes as it suitable for reuse.

Waste packaging

We collect your hazardous waste using specific suitable packaging. You can deposit your waste in various types of packaging/outer packaging, ranging from barrels and box pallets to IBCs and ASPs. Our staff will be happy to help you with packaging advice for each waste stream.

Contingencies

If your site has been affected by an environmental incident where hazardous substances have been released, immediate action will generally be required. Thanks to our extensive experience in the areas of waste and chemicals, we know exactly what to do in responding to a contingency. Our specialists will assess the situation, so as to be able to subsequently offer an efficient solution, where safety is always guaranteed.

Inter-GreeN

Together with our sister company Inter-GreeN, we can supply a wide array of sustainable products and paints made of raw materials reclaimed from waste. We sell, for example, a wide range of recycled solvents, cleaners, and thinners.
